“The Village” is a multi-purpose shopping complex in the city of Ferizaj, the second largest metropolitan area in Kosovo, 40 km from the capital - Pristina, 50 km from Skopje and 60 km from Prizren. Opened in 2018, it’s catchment area includes the entire metropolitan area of Ferizaj, Pristina, neighboring areas up to Skopje in Macedonia, with a total catchment area of 2,500,000 inhabitants. With a heterogeneous target, composed mostly by families with two/three children of different ages, different social classes, on average with a medium-high spending capacity for the areas of Pristina, Ferizaj and Skopje, and medium-low for the other areas, the Village has proven to be among the highest performing shopping complexes in the region.
